  • Tenon® Thermaseal® Geothermal Grout

    Tenon® Thermaseal® Geothermal Grout is a a thermally-conductive cementitious grout engineered for application of vertical and horizontal ground source heat pumps and geothermal well fields. Non-toxic and non-shrink with a high solids content and a low-permeability factor making it ideal for ground source heat loops and safe for contact with potable ground water. A blend of thermally-conductive sand with Portland cement for a range of thermal conductivities depending on design requirements. Thermaseal Geothermal Grout also offers low-absorption with a rigid seal to prevent integration of aquifers and is made in three versions, MN Mix (BOM #121014), and 0.75 HF (high-flow) (BOM 129569).

    TCC Materials® Corefill Masonry Grout (BOM #103501) is used to fill reinforced bond beams, to bond adjacent masonry units together, to bond steel reinforcement in the cores of masonry units and for filling masonry voids. Core Fill Masonry Grout is formulated for superior flow to fill masonry voids while meeting ASTM C476 requirements for reinforced masonry construction. Yields approximately ⅔ of a cubic foot of wet grout per 80 lb. (36.3 kg) bag. For concrete block this will fill about 4 cores in a 12" unit or about 5.5 cores in an 8" unit. Available in a 80 lb. (36.3 kg) bag.

Corefill Masonry Grout is used to bond masonry units and steel reinforcement in the cores of the units together, as well as, filling reinforced bond beams.   • Quikrete® Fast Set Non-Shrink Grout

    Quikrete® FastSet Non-Shrink Grout (BOM #109718) is designed for structural concrete repairs from ¼" to 24" deep and features a 30-minute set time, non-shrink characteristics and rapid strength gain. It can be mixed to a plastic, flowable or fluid consistency. Use for anchoring and grouting anchor bolts, bearing plates, pre-cast concrete keyways, or steel column bases. At a fluid consistency the compressive strength ASTM C109 reaches 2000 psi at 3 hours, 4000 psi at 24 hours, 5000 psi at 7 days, and 6500 psi at 28 days. At a flowable consistency the compressive strength ASTM C109 reaches 2500 psi at 3 hours, 4500 psi at 24 hours, 5500 psi at 7 days and 7500 at 28 days. At a plastic consistency the compressive strength reaches 3000 psi at 3 hours, 5000 psi at 24 hours, 6000 psi at 7 days and 8000 at 28 days. Exceeds ASTM C 928 R-3 and ASTM C 1107.

    SPEC MIX® Self-Consolidating Grout (SCG) (BOM #102863) is a dry, preblended grout specifically designed to be highly fluid without segregation of the constituents. SPEC MIX® SCG is used to bond together adjacent masonry units, fill bond beams and occupy all areas around steel reinforcement in the cores of the masonry assemblage without mechanical consolidation or reconsolidation.     Akona® Non-Shrink Grout (6,700 PSI)

    Akona® Non-Shrink Grout (BOM #104953) is a pre-blended, pourable, non-metallic, Portland-cement based material used for grouting steel columns, bearing plates, precast concrete and anchors. Our Non-Shrink Grout compensates for an uneven foundation, distributes the weight of the unit, and prevents shifting after settling and leveling the unit. Akona Non-Shrink Grout is composed of aggregates, Portland cement and other additives to create an interior or exterior grout with non-shrinking characteristics capable of handling high-load transfers. Meets ASTM C1107 and is MN, WI, and NE DOT approved.

  • Quikrete® Precision Non-Shrink Grout

    Quikrete® Non-Shrink Precision Grout (BOM #100713) is a high-strength, non-metallic grout designed for precision grouting and general construction applications. Simply add water and mix to obtain flowable properties and high strengths. Its non-shrink characteristics make it stable and capable of handling high load transfers. This grout can be mixed to a plastic, flowable or fluid consistency to for grouting pre-cast concrete, heavy equipment, bearing plates, steel columns, and anchoring applications. At 28 days the compressive strengths reach 14,000 psi at a plastic consistency, 12,000 psi at a flowable consistency, and 8000 psi at a fluid consistency. Complies with ASTM C1107 and Army Corp of Engineers CRD 621.

High Strength Precision Grout is a non-shrink, non-metallic, non-staining, non-porous, high-density, pumpable formula designed for precision grouting applications and can be extended with the proper aggregates up to 50%.

Preblended with air-entrainment admixtures to resist freeze-thaw conditions while increasing flow and durability. Specially formulated for clean installation and flow properties to eliminate clogging when using a grout bag. Mix with water only.
