SPEC MIX® Portland Lime & Sand with Color is a dry, preblended mortar mix containing Portland cement, hydrated lime, dried masonry sand and color pigment formulated for superior bond, workability and board life. This product meets ASTM C270 and ASTM C1714 requirements. TCC Materials offers Spec Mix® Portland Lime & Sand mortar with color in Type N, Type S, and Type M. PCL Sand with color is also available with an Integral Water Repellant (IWR). Also available in 3,000 lb. bulk bags to work with our silo system. Please contact your salesperson for more information. **For best results, TCC Materials recommends the use of 2% color o greater in our premixed cementitious mixes due to the potential of color inconsistencies which can occur when using mixes with 1%. The small amount of pigment in the mixes with less than 2% color can be greatly affected by raw cement color, field conditions, and type of masonry unit being laid.**
