Landscape Loc Mulch & Rock Bond Concentrate is a specially formulated concentrated locking compound to stabilize mulch, rock, gravel, decomposed granite, and other ground cover. Landscape Loc Concentrate prevents movement caused by rain, wind, wildlife, mowers, leaf blowers, pets, and other sources while allowing the substrate to drain and breathe. Thereby sustaining and enhancing the natural look of your mulch. Landscape Loc Concentrate has been tested and proven to be environmentally safe for ground and water.
