TCC Materials® Stone Mortar Mix
TCC Materials® Stone Mortar Mix (BOM #109043) is a specially formulated product for use in applying precast masonry veneer, thin natural stone veneer or thin brick units to base surfaces. This versatile product may be used as an initial base coat for your project, then can be used in applying masonry veneer to the substrate. The material is factory blended to ensure bond strength, workability and consistency. To mix, just add water. Follow the stone installation instructions provided by the manufacturer. Available in a 60 lb. (27.2 kg) bag.

With the addition of the Load-N-Go ladder kit, the silo operates the same as the standard G7000 with a one-bulk bag capacity.

Quikrete® FastSet Repair Mortar (BOM #109719) is specifically formulated to make structural repairs to any concrete, masonry or stucco surface. This low-sag formula has a 20-30 minute working time which allows for sculpting of the material during placement and makes it ideal for vertical and overhead repairs. Just add water, mix, and use to repair concrete, masonry, or stucco surfaces. Exceeds ASTM C 928 R-2. Compressive strength ASTM C109 modified: 3 hours=2,000 psi, 24 hours = 4,000 psi, 7 days = 5,000 psi, and 28 days = 6,000 psi.

Akona® Liquid Air Entraining Admixture (BOM #103941) is a ready-to-use, aqueous solution made of organic materials. Akona Liquid Air Entraining Admixture entrains a small and stable amount of air into the desired mix. These small, stable air voids enhance the mixture and improve workability. Its chemical composition and physical properties make it ideal for many construction applications. It is intended for use when increased workability and freeze-thaw durability of concrete or mortar is preferred. This admixture also improves resistance to freeze/thaw, scaling, segregation, and bleeding and improves strength, plasticity, water retention, and cohesiveness of mortar. Meets ASTM C260 Standard Specification for Air-Entraining Admixtures for Concrete.
